Guarantee Period

On the date that the recommended applicant commences employment with you, M-Ploy Personnel will invoice you the fee. In order to enjoy the benefits of our guarantee, we must receive payment within 15 days of our candidate commencing employment with you. Failure on your part to ensure that payment reaches us as detailed above, automatically invalidate our guarantee. The fee will remain payable in full. Should the employees engaged by you through us leave your employment within the guarantee period we must be given 5 working days exclusively to provide a replacement.

Should the applicant resign or be discharged, then, provided the terms herein contained have been met, our guarantee will immediately come into force and effect. Every care is taken to ensure the capabilities and competence of candidates put forward by us to meet your requirements, but no warranty in this regard is given. Conducting of criminal, credit, driver’s license and qualifications checks will be done upon clients request. Should you introduce a candidate submitted to you by us to any other person or body and should that other person or body engage that candidate within 12 months of such introduction, then you will be liable for the full fee as if you had engaged the candidate yourself. Should you decide to offer a member of our temporary division permanent employment, then, and in addition to any monies outstanding as a result of such temporary employment, the permanent position fee applicable becomes payable.

Should you for any reason try to defer or suspend your recruiting decision then the employment by you of any candidate introduced to you by us within a period of 12 months will be taken to signify acceptance of these terms and M-Ploy Personnel will be entitled to the full fee which if paid in terms of these conditions will carry our guarantees. The appropriate fee shall be charged and become payable in accordance with these terms should any candidate put forward to you by us take up employment with you within 12 months of the last introduction.
